 Hey Botts,

Now is the time to be sure and stay accountable.  Maybe everything is going well with your eating and exercise but you still  need that one place to come to and be accountable.

Food for me today 

Egg, fruit
Protein shakes
cold shrimp on a salad
apple and LF peanut butter
grilled salmon, asparagus and baked sweet potato
greek yogurt and fruit 

Walking the dogs today and riding my bike at least 5 miles

Now come on in and be accountable and share your food and exercise!!

Hello, I'm still here... sometimes, busy with work and summer ! ! !  

Food for me today

B - Yogurt
S - Strawberries
L - half a ham sandwich (wheat bread)
S - almonds
D - don't know yet, it is gulf night so it will depend when I get done with golf.

Water, lots  of water

I SERIOUSLY WISH I HAD TIME TO EXERCISE....I HAVE A 3 MONTH OLD AND CAN'T EXERCISE IN THE AFTERNOONS I DID TALK TO HUBBY ABOUT GOING AT 4 AM THO....WE'LL SEE HOW THAT GOES....

NOW OBVIOUSLY I AM BEING HONEST AND ALREADY HAD LUNCH, HENCE I WROTE ABOUT THE "CHEAT"
I CAN DO BETTER DURING THE DAY....IT'S THE NIGHT TIME I LOOSE IT...

Here's what I did yesterday and it was a good day for me.

Coffee/hh/splenda
Protein oatmeal
Protein bar
Tea
 
Mexican chicken salad/blueberries
Powerade zero
 
Whey crisps
Water
Ostrim
Dry roasted edamame
Protein crisps
2 sf hard candies
Vitamin water zero


I got all my liquids and vitamins and walked twice.

Here's what I ate yesterday (Wednesday) - not a good day!

8:30 AM - Tall mocha frap light
ate 6 pieces chocolate between 9am and 1pm
1 PM - 2 soft tacos and 1 glass coke
3:30 PM - large cookie
ate 4 more pieces of chocolate between 4:40 and 5:30
7:30 PM - Veggie chicken patty and two slices of bread
10 PM - 1/2 cup ice cream
11 PM - chocolate chips

Wow - that's really hard to see and even harder to share.  It's not hard to see what my problem areas are!
